ArkoPharma Longevity Muscle Vitality is a powdered food supplement developed to support muscle function over time. The formula combines creatine, fava bean protein, BCAA amino acids, magnesium, schizandra, and a combination of plant extracts. The formula provides 3000 mg of creatine per serving, along with 600 mg of fava bean protein and BCAAs — L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine — in a 2:1:1 ratio. The proteins contribute to the maintenance of muscle mass. The triple magnesium complex combines magnesium citrate, bisglycinate, and oxide, providing 250 mg of magnesium per serving. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The formula also includes schizandra fruit extract, blackcurrant, ginger, skullcap, turmeric, and vitamins B3 and B6. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
For adults only. Dissolve 1 level scoop in a large glass of water and shake vigorously. Take preferably in the morning, once a day. Do not combine with another source of creatine. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
