For adults and children over 12 years old: It is recommended to take 1 effervescent tablet a day, dissolved in a glass of water (about 200 ml), preferably in the morning, at breakfast.

Acidifier (Citric Acid), L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Acidity Regulator (Sodium Carbonate), Bulking Agent (Sorbitol), Orange and Mandarin Flavors, Colors (Betacarotene), Sweeteners (Acesulfame-K and Aspartame) , Zinc Citrate, Sodium Selenite.
