Total Hydro Whey is a protein composed mainly of OPTIPEP® 90, the hydrolyzed protein of whey isolate. It is a protein low in carbohydrates, fat and lactose and with advantages over other proteins due to its rapid absorption and easy digestion.

Description

The hydrolyzed protein is obtained by the enzymatic hydrolysis of the protein isolated from whey, allowing the supply of high quality protein peptides. It is an easier-to-digest protein with a higher absorption rate and, therefore, promotes faster muscle recovery after exercise, with greater stimulation of muscle protein synthesis, leading to greater muscle growth. In addition, Total Hydro Whey, contains low carbohydrate and fat content, therefore favors the reduction of body fat, being the perfect ally for maximum definition with increased muscle mass.

How to Use

Take 1 portion per day (30g), before training and/or after training, or with a snack as a complement to your protein intake. To prepare a portion add a level measure (30g) to 200ml of water, shake well and serve. You can take up to 2 servings a day. Can be taken from 16 years old with portion adjustment.

Composition

OPTIPEP 90® (Hydrolysed whey protein isolates) [88%], ISOLAC® instant (Whey protein isolates) [4%], cocoa powder, flavors, thickeners (guar gum, xanthan gum) , salt, sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides from stevia). May contain traces of gluten, soy, egg, celery, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, fish, mustard and sulphites.
