Apply generously to dry or wet skin, half an hour before sun exposure, keeping a maximum distance of 5cm from the skin.

It is necessary to spread the product evenly, until completely absorbed. Reapply every 2 hours on both wet and dry skin.

By reducing the amount applied or not shaking the product sufficiently, the protection factor is reduced.

Repeat application after sweating, swimming, or drying with a towel.
