Replace after several uses or as soon as dirt or wax has accumulated on the plugs, or they are damaged.
Remove the plug slowly, using circular movements to gradually release the pressure.

1. Shape the plug to reduce its volume
2. Pull the ear to straighten the entrance of the ear canal
3. Insert the plug into the ear canal and hold until it expands, for a comfortable and secure fit
4. To remove the plug, make slow, circular movements to gradually relieve pressure
